Repeat Prescriptionsblue_yellow

For regularly prescribed drugs please leave the pre-printed form supplied with prescriptions, with a clear indication of which items are needed, or a written request, with reception by 13:00 each day. Please allow two working days before collecting. Those request received after 13:00 will not be processed until the following day and so a further delay must be expected.

We are unable to accept telephoned requests but you can request by fax. If you would like your prescription sent to you, please include a stamped addressed envelope with your request.

You can also arrange to collect your prescription from many local pharmacies that we have collection & delivery arrangements with. Please contact reception to enquire if the pharmacy of your choice participates in this scheme.

Request a Repeat Prescription via Patient Access

You can request repeat prescriptions online via the link at the top of this page. In order to use this service you must have previously obtained the necessary security access codes. Please call at reception for details. Please bring a photo I.D.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
